Is Microsoft 365 available at no cost to currently enrolled students and active employees of FSW?


Yes. Florida SouthWestern State College provides Microsoft 365 at no cost to all currently enrolled students and active employees. As long as you maintain active enrollment or employment, you are eligible to use the Microsoft 365 suite provided by FSW. Access is automatically granted based on your FSW enrollment and/or employment status.

 

How long will my Microsoft 365 license remain active?


Your Microsoft 365 license will remain active as long as you are enrolled in the current semester or you are an active FSW employee. Once your enrollment or employment status ends, your access to the FSW provided Microsoft 365 license will be revoked. Continued access is automatically maintained as long as your FSW enrollment and/or employment status remains active.

Which applications are included in the Microsoft 365 plan provided by FSW?


Microsoft 365 licenses for currently enrolled students and active employees include access to the full suite of core Microsoft applications. This includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Access, and Publisher.

 

How many devices can Microsoft 365 be installed on?


You can install Microsoft 365 on up to five devices, allowing you to use the applications across multiple platforms. This includes Windows and macOS computers, as well as mobile devices such as iPads and Android tablets. Once installed, you can sign in with your FSW credentials to activate your license on each device.
