If you are seeing this message after logging into the portal, canvas, or your student email it means you have already setup Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Check one of the options below to find your authenticator code.
Please Note: If you have lost or deleted your MFA code, please contact the IT Helpdesk at 239-489-9202 for an MFA reset. A valid photo ID is required for all resets. IDs will only be verified in-person or on a live Zoom meeting during normal hours of operation.
Google Authenticator Application
If you previously configured the Google Authenticator Application (for iOS and Android) on your cell phone, please open the application on your phone now.
Your code is listed under "FSW" within the authenticator app.
Apple Keychain Passwords
If you have an iPhone, and you scanned the QR code with your phone you might find the code under settings, passwords, and then an FSW account with your bucs username.
Open the "Settings" app on your iPhone.
Scroll down and select "Passwords."
Then, in the search bar at the top, type in "fsw.edu" and you should see you FSW account with the authenticator code.
Apple Passwords App (iOS 18)
Open the Passwords application.
If you have previously deleted the Passwords application from your device, you can redownload it from the Apple App Store.
Select the Codes tab.
Click on the FSW profile to view your code.
Authenticator Extension
If you previously configured the Authenticator Extension on your web browser, you can find the extension icon in your browser’s extensions. Select the puzzle piece icon located on the top right of your screen, then select "Authenticator."
You can find your code listed under "FSW" within the authenticator extension.
If you cannot find your code, you will need to reach out to the IT Helpdesk by phone at 239-489-9202 for an MFA reset.
