When you are prompted to establish and set up your Mobile Authenticator, you can use one of the following authenticator options. The main step will be to locate adding an account using a QR code in your app. Whenever you log in to an FSW Account, you will be prompted to provide a newly generated code from the authenticator app. Please do not remove the app, as you will need it to access the code each time you log into an FSW account. The app will generate a new 6-digit code every 30 seconds. Please type in the 6-digit code into the "One-time code" entry box within the 30-second window, or wait until the new code appears. (It is referred to as a "One-time code" because it is a code that is valid for only one login session).
Please Note: If you have lost or deleted your MFA code, please contact the IT Helpdesk at 239-489-9202 for an MFA reset. A valid photo ID is required for all resets. IDs will only be verified in-person or on a live Zoom meeting during normal hours of operation.
