How to Log In to Creative Cloud

  1. Before you can log into Adobe Creative Cloud, you must have been granted a license by completing the "Request Adobe Creative Cloud" form.
  2. After completing the form, navigate to "Adobe's homepage" and select "Sign In".

  3. Enter your "username@fsw.edu" email address in the "Email address" field, then press “Continue.”

  4. You will be redirected to the MyFSW sign-in page. Enter your FSW credentials and press "Sign In".

  5. Finally, you will be redirected to Adobe Creative Cloud's homepage. To access your licensed Adobe products, select the "App Switcher" icon in the upper-right corner and choose your desired Web App.

What is Adobe Creative Cloud?

Adobe Creative Cloud is Adobe's suite of creative and productivity applications for design, photography, video editing, document management, and web content creation. Active employees have access to a variety of Adobe applications, including Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, and more.

 

How Do I Request an Adobe Creative Cloud Account?

To request an Adobe Creative Cloud account, please complete the "Request Adobe Creative Cloud" form.

 

How Do I Access Adobe Creative Cloud?

Once your Adobe Creative Cloud account has been set up, please follow the "How to Log In to Creative Cloud" instructions to sign in.

 

Where Should I Store Creative Cloud Files?

Your FSW Microsoft OneDrive or assigned FSW network shared drives are the recommended storage locations for Creative Cloud files.

 

Are students eligible for Adobe Creative Cloud?

Only students enrolled in eligible courses receive an Adobe Creative Cloud license. If a student enrolled in an eligible course is experiencing issues with their Adobe Creative Cloud license, please contact the FSW IT Help Desk.
