Request a Canva Premium Account


To request a Canva premium account, please fill out and submit the Request Canva Account form.

Please Note: All content created using FSW Canva licenses must be branded and intended for college-related purposes, as the licenses are funded by the college.

The only exception is for faculty and instructional designers creating course content, which does not require branding or OMSC approval.

Accept your Canva Premium Account Invite


Open Outlook and find the Canva email invitation. Select "Accept Invitation."

If an Ad-Block error occurs, (1) check the "Don't warn me again about this site". Then (2) select "Proceed."

Select "Sign up with your work email."

(1) Ensure the email listed is correct (FSW email). (2) Then select "Continue."

  • Please note, it will be the username@fsw.edu email and NOT the firstname.lastname@fsw.edu email.

Sign in using your secure Portal login.

Please note: you might skip this part if you are already logged into the portal in another tab.

Sign Into Your Canva Premium Account


Open Google Chrome and navigate to https://www.canva.com/

Select "Log in" from the top right corner.

(1) Enter your work email into the type field, and then (2) click "Continue."

  • Please note, it will be the username@fsw.edu email and NOT the firstname.lastname@fsw.edu email.
