FSW currently offers two Canva groups for faculty and staff:

Course Content Group

  • Use this group when creating materials used exclusively in your courses, such as lesson slides, worksheets, and class handouts, that do not include the FSW logo.

Branded Faculty/Staff Group

  • Using this group is required for any materials that feature the FSW logo or represent the college externally (e.g., flyers, event promotions, outreach materials). This group provides access to official brand templates and assets. All content created in this group must be reviewed and approved by the Marketing Department before it can be downloaded.

Faculty, adjuncts, and Instructional Designers may be enrolled in one or both groups.
