Description

Requesting an upgrade to the CAPP degree audit system so that any “Unmet” areas will be marked in red ink, along with particular course requirements that have not been fulfilled yet. See screenshot examples below; exhibits 2A and 2B show how the system currently represents Unmet and Met areas, while exhibits 2C, 2D, and 2E show examples of the changes we would like enacted. This will help reduce advisor and student errors in understanding/interpreting the results of their degree evaluations. At present on FSW degree evaluations, both “Met” and “Unmet” areas visually appear the same on the audits without distinguishing markers that would call appropriate attention to the Unmet area.
