Students, We Assist With:

• Multi-Factor Authenticator Support (MFA)
• Portal and Gmail Log-In and Error Support
• Canvas Support
• School-related software applications such as Office 365 and Canva
• Antivirus software installation
• Personal Computer Help: Web Browser Support and Basic Software Removal
• Students can request a webcam or a laptop for their online courses; please submit the form Student Technology Check-Out Request. Once the request has been approved, an email with pick-up information will be sent to your FSW Bucs email.

Please be aware that you will need to stay while we work on your computer. We cannot repair hardware issues or reinstall operating systems, but we can assist with troubleshooting what your roadblock may be.
