Laptop Kiosk Student FAQ's

Laptop Kiosk Logo

The laptop kiosks on each campus and Hendry/Glades center are once again open and available for students to check out laptops for 4 hours at a time.

IT was able to work with the kiosk vendor to upgrade the software to put additional safeguards in place.   After a student returns a laptop to the kiosk, the laptop will be unavailable for checkout until someone from IT cleans and clears the laptop.  This requires administrative action at the kiosk, and the bay will remain locked until this has taken place.  We will monitor the activity to ensure optimization and clean the laptops as often as needed.
