Resetting your BankMobile Password


1) Navigate to https://www.vibeaccount.com/

2) Select "Forgot Login Information?"

3) Select "I forgot my password".

4) Enter your information into the password reset form.

5) Enter a new password. Then, select "Reset password".

 Passwords must: 

  • Be between 8-50 characters
  • Contain at least one letter
  • Contain at least one number

6) Once the password has been successfully changed, you will see the following confirmation page.

Verifying your Refund Preference


1) Navigate to https://www.vibeaccount.com/

2) Enter your Email Address and Password. Then, select "Log In!"

3) Hover over the "Refunds" tab. Then, select "Refund Preferences".

4) Verify that all of the information listed is correct including:

  • Bank Name
  • Account Type 
  • Account Number
  • Routing Number
  • Date Confirmed

If you do not recognize the bank information listed and suspect your account has been compromised, please contact BankMobile support immediately by calling 1-877-327-9515. Hours of Operation: 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
