Production (PROD):
PROD is the Student Information System (SIS) Production database where all live data resides. No testing should ever be conducted in this database.
Pre-Production (PPRD):
PPRD is cloned from PROD on the 3rd and 18th of every month (schedule may differ slightly around weekends or holidays). This database is typically used to test with more current data.
Development (DEVL):
DEVL is typically used for new development, does not have a clone schedule, and is cloned as needed.
Test/Training (TST2):
TST2 is typically used for testing or training, does not have a clone schedule, and is cloned as needed.
Advise
Production:
Advise PROD is the user-side Production database where all live data resides. No testing should ever be conducted in this database.
Advise PROD Student Constituent Experience is the student-side Production database where all live data resides. No testing should ever be conducted in this database.
