Plug-In Your Webcam
Connect your webcam to your computer by plugging in the USB cable of the webcam into a USB slot on your computer.

Driver Installation
You may see a message displayed in the notifications area that Windows is installing or setting up your device, then another prompt letting you know that the device has been set up and is ready to be used. Windows 10, by default, should install the device drivers automatically. If you have disabled this option within your Windows 10 system, you may need to install the drivers manually.

Set Webcam Privacy Settings
If your webcam does not seem to work for Zoom, Kaltura Capture, or any other application, you may need to adjust the "Privacy" settings for the webcam.
- Click the "Start" button
- Click on "Settings"
When the "Windows Settings" window appears, locate and click on "Privacy."
- When the "Privacy" options open, locate "Camera" in the left column and click on it.
- Then locate and click the "Change" button under "Camera access for this device is off."
- In the pop-up that appears, locate the slider and set it to "On."
If your settings already have "Camera access for this device On," you can move to the next step.
- Make sure you have the option; "Allow apps to access your camera," set to "On."
- Lastly, scroll down and set the option; "Allow desktop apps to access your camera" to "On."
You should now be able to use the webcam in any Windows desktop application. Go ahead and try it out with Zoom, Kaltura Capture, or whichever Windows application you need to use the webcam within.
