Used exclusively for supply orders or service requests related to Ricoh printers.

General Guidelines:

  1. Supply Orders:
    • Only one (1) of each item may be ordered at a time (per contract).
    • Leave non-applicable fields blank.
  2. Reporting Issues:
    • Skip supply section if reporting a problem.
    • Use the service request section to provide detailed info.
  3. Required Info:
    • All fields in User Information, Delivery Details, and Printer Details must be completed.
