Live Chat Access Request Requirements
To request Live Chat access, staff must complete the following training modules and attach the corresponding certificates to this support ticket. Click the links below to get started.
Required Training: Getting Started as a Live Assistant Agent
Each Live Chat Agent must complete the Live Chat video training session (>30 min).
- Go to https://livechat.get-counseling.com
- Create a log-in (use your FSW staff email -first.lastname@fsw.edu)
- Complete the video-based sessions
- Send completed certificate to this ticket


Please ensure all certificates are current and clearly attached to your request. Incomplete submissions will delay access approval.
*Additional training may be required for those requesting admin level access.
