Congratulations!
This last step involves submitting the paperwork to finalize your certification. Click the Request button, fill out your personal information, including how you met the requirements of the certification. This form will be routed for approval, which will be digitally signed by your academic dean to confirm your completion.
Once digitally signed, the Office of Information Technology will send you a confirmation email informing you that the process is complete and your name has been submitted for inclusion on the Online Teaching Certification List. We will supply you with a link to a Feedback survey where you can tell us about your experience with the Online Teaching Certification process. This email will also contain your Online Teaching Certification Certificate of Completion.
