Submit a Workshop Proposal

Proposal Requirements

Thank you for your interest in offering a professional development opportunity through the TLC! All workshop proposals should be submitted at least three weeks before the proposed workshop date to ensure timely review, scheduling, and marketing of the event. All workshop proposals are reviewed by a TLC team member prior to posting and every effort is given to follow up with each proposal within one week. 

When you are ready to submit your request you will need to input the following content into the request form:

  • Workshop title
  • Workshop description
  • Clearly defined, measurable learning objectives
  • Proposed date, time and duration
  • Desired location (campus, room and/or Zoom link)
  • Facilitator(s) bio

You will be able to indicate preferences or request optional support for:

  • A TLC moderator
  • Zoom and/or Canvas support
  • Room setup
  • Technology support
  • Creating a workshop flyer
  • Asynchronous professional development opportunities
