Description
I am submitting this request on behalf of Martin Tawil and the Professional Development Committee with a question. We are trying to figure out a more effective way to manage the PD faculty travel form, and we are also making two minor updates to it.
In the hope of taking out two birds with one stone, we wanted to inquire about whether it might be possible to manage the PD travel form through Team Dynamix via a workflow model going forward.
Currently, faculty fill out the form, send it to the chair and then dean for approval before forwarding the completed form, with any necessary attachments, to the TLC.
Would it be possible to have them fill out the form, attach supporting documents, and then have it travel the same route via Team Dynamix?
I have attached both the instructions and the form (with notes identifying where info would need to be modified and changed) to give you a sense of things.
What is your opinion here?
