Description
Process is listing the student multiple times on the report when run in Audit and Update Mode, but student is only being updated once. Review changes to CAPP Gen Ed requirements beginning 201810 for potential changes to this process. Include a catalog term limit. Do not add GEC attribute when there is an 'AW' AA degree. Compare and only add GEC attribute where CAPP Program associated with Gen Ed Completed is True, to active and current LEARNER SORLCUR records.
We have created a code in STVATTS.
The new code is OGEC and should populate in SGASADD when the SZPUGEC process runs to identify students who have met the 36 hours of gen ed at FSW based on the CAPP evaluation.
We also need to make certain this is going to populate on our outgoing FSW transcripts (FASTER and printer through Parchment).
Please modify the project request (as I do not have access to modify) to reflect these updates and also please note that this is a state mandate as of Fall 2021. Barb will then be able to pull her reports for the state via SGASADD using code OGEC.
