How to Complete a Project Request

1.) Go to FSW Helpdesk and click on "Submit a Project Request"


 

 

 


2.)  Review the criteria for what a project is and click the "Request Service" button.


 

 


3.) Fill out form


  • Project Name - Put a descriptive name of the proposed project.

 

  • Choose Project Type

                        

 

  • Fill out a Project Description.  State problem being solved by this project.

                                                          

 

  • What are the requirements of the project? 

       

 

  •  Is this project Mandatory/Regulatory?  Is it a Federal, State or other requirement?

 

          

  • If the project is Mandatory, please provide the date that the project needs to be completed by.

           

 

  • Determine the number of users impacted by this project.

 

         

 

  • Pick the Division that the project is for.

 

         

 

  • Once you are finished filling out the form.  Go back to the top of the page and click the save button    

 

 

  • Review the General Section and then click Mark Complete

 

 

  • Add attachments that are relevant to the project.  Once complete mark complete.

 

  • Submit project for approval.  Once submitted you will receive email notifications about the progress of your project.


4.) Check progress of Project Request


After the project has been submitted it will go through an approval process.  You will be notified through email about it's progress.  You also can monitor it's progress by doing the following:

  • Click Submit a Project Request

  • Click on Project Requests

 

You will see a list of projects you have requested and their current status.
