Option 1- Access the FSW student email via the MyFSW Portal
You will first want to access your MyFSW. You can go to the MyFSW login screen, or you can access the MyFSW Portal login by clicking on "MyFSW" on the FSW home page.
Next, enter your portal username and password.
Next, enter your one-time code.
Once you are logged into MyFSW Portal, navigate to '"Discover More" at the bottom of the page.
Or click on the hamburger icon at the top left.
And then click on the "Discover" link.
1) Type "student" in the search box.
2) Click on the "Bucs Student Email" option.
Please Note: You might want to Bookmark this page so it will show on your Home Page the next time you log into MyFSW Portal.
Click on the "Bookmark" icon to save the card on the home page
Next, click on the three dots on the top right corner of the card and select the "Open Gmail" option to access your Gmail inbox.
DO NOT CLICK ON THE "Sign In" button. You might get an error message.

Option 2 - Access the FSW student email via Gmail.com
Go to Gmail.com and click on the "Sign in" button.
Next, enter your username@bucs.fsw.edu email.
Next, enter your portal username and password.
On the next screen, enter your One time code.
After entering your one-time code, you will be automatically logged into your FSW student email and will have access to your Gmail inbox.
