How Do I Get a Zoom Pro Account?


Please follow the process below to determine if you already have a Zoom Pro license.

 

First, visit fsw.zoom.us.

 

Click "Sign in."

Log in to your MyFSW Portal account.

On the Zoom Dashboard, click your profile picture in the top right corner. If you have a Zoom Pro license, there will be a "Licensed" badge displayed.

If your Zoom account is not "Licensed," please submit the Request Zoom Host Account form.

What If I Already Have a Zoom Account?


Please clear Chrome's cache and cookies, then log in to your account using the steps outlined in the How Do I Get a Zoom Pro Account? section.

My Account States It Can Only Be Used for 40 Minutes. What Do I Do?


The 40‑minute message appears because you are signed into a Basic (free) Zoom account. Basic users can host meetings up to 40 minutes long. However, they can join meetings hosted by a Pro user for up to 24 hours.

 

If you need to host meetings longer than 40 minutes, please submit the Request Zoom Host Account form.
