Description

Create a table that stores credit hours information after batch CAPP is run on all registered students. This will allow advising to reach students who have met specific credit thresholds. This information would also be used by enrollment management and dedicate to the graduate pathways subcommittee.

Initially, we wanted a place in Banner where we would store CAPP audits to identify how many credits a student has completed towards a degree instead of only being able to pull overall credits. Instead of storing the information in new Banner table, the idea evolved to changing the CAPP purge process. After that step was completed, I understood that we would then be able to create a graphical display in the portal to show students how close they are towards completing their degree.
