Requirements
Need to take the departmental "drop-holds" and recreate these holds so that they will appear on SOAHOLD. Once this is completed, then we would need to change the drop process to look at the holds in SOAHOLD versus the various areas that the process may be looking at now.

Description
This project would bring together the offices that place "drop-holds" on students and coordinate those drop-holds so that they can appear on SOAHOLD (or the additional information tab in SPAIDEN). Currently, drop-holds can be hidden from other departments because they reside in areas where general staff do not have access to (like ROAUSDF, a financial aid specific form). The departments that appear to have the current capability to place a drop hold include Cashiers (Amber Redfern), Financial Aid (Matt Sanchez), Student Engagement (Catherine Gorman), and Veterans Affairs (Colette Cox). If these holds can be used on SOAHOLD, the second part of this project is to have these holds actually keep students from the drop process.
