Students may use the IIET podcast room only when the reservation is made by a faculty member, staff member, or recognized student organization sponsor.
By submitting a reservation, the sponsor acknowledges the following:
- I understand that I am making this reservation on behalf of the student creator or student group listed in the request.
- I understand that use of the IIET podcast room does not mean that Florida SouthWestern State College, or any College department, program, employee, or student organization has reviewed, approved, sponsored, or endorsed the content being recorded.
- I understand that the students are responsible for the content they create, including following College policies and applicable laws related to privacy, consent, copyright, respectful conduct, and appropriate use of College resources.

2. Student Use Expectations
The IIET podcast room is available to support student creativity, learning, media production, and emerging technology exploration.
Students using the room are expected to:
- Use the room only during the approved reservation time.
- Treat the room and equipment with care.
- Obtain permission from everyone who will be recorded.
- Include the required disclaimer in any recording that will be shared publicly.
- Avoid using FSW, IIET, department, program, or student organization branding in a way that suggests official approval unless that approval has been given.
- Follow College policies and applicable laws related to privacy, consent, copyright, respectful conduct, and appropriate use of College resources.
- Save, export, and remove files according to posted room instructions.
- Report equipment problems or concerns to IIET.
Student-created content remains the responsibility of the student creators.
Use of the IIET podcast room does not mean that FSW has reviewed, approved, sponsored, or endorsed the recording.

4. Branding and Naming Rules
Students may accurately identify themselves as FSW students or members of an FSW student organization when appropriate.
Students may not use the FSW name, College logo, mascot, department names, program names, or other College branding in a way that suggests the recording is an official College production unless prior approval has been given through the appropriate College process.
Student-created podcasts, videos, cover art, episode titles, social media accounts, and promotional materials should not make the project appear to be an official FSW communication unless that status has been approved.
Projects intended to officially represent FSW must receive approval before recording, publishing, or promoting the content as official College material.
