What is a final, official high school transcript? How do I check if FSW has received mine?
Many students apply while still completing high school and are permitted to move forward at FSW with an incomplete transcript while we await their graduation. A final, official transcript (one sent directly by the high school that includes your graduation date) is required to disburse financial aid or allow you to register past your first semester.
If you indicate a Florida Public High School on your application, we request transcripts automatically, but sometimes errors occur if we cannot match the information on your FSW admissions application with your high school records. If you are contacted by admissions or financial aid to request your high school transcript, please do so as our automated request may not have been able to fetch your transcript.
To check if your final high school transcript has been received, log in to www.fsw.edu/checklist and look for the Final High School Transcript portion.
