Navigate to MyFSW
- To start, go to MyFSW, or you can access MyFSW by clicking on "MyFSW" on the FSW home page.
Log in to MyFSW
- Type your Username.
- Type your portal Password.
- Click the "Sign In" button.
Go to the Faculty Dashboard Card
Click on the Summary Class List icon
Overview
- Control the displayed courses per term using the Term Selection drop-down menu.
Click on the title of the class you wish to see more information about.
Course Details
When you click on a course in the Subject column, you will see the following information regarding the course details.
- Course Information
- Enrollment Counts
- Summary Class Roster List
- Use the "Search" option to locate a specific student.
- Toggle between "Summary View" and "Detail View"
Email Students
You can send an email to your entire class or individual students from this page.
- Click the box in the header row to select all students on the page
- or Click the boxes to the left of all the specific students you wish to email
With the student boxes chosen that you want to email, locate, and click the email icon.
Your default email application will launch and open a new message auto-populating the "To:" field with all the selected students.
You may need to set up a default email application if you do not currently have one.
View Student Contact Information
- Hover your mouse over a student's name to reveal a summary of the student's contact information.
